MenoSage is a personal wellness tracking application designed to help women navigate perimenopause and menopause. The app allows you to log daily symptoms, track triggers, manage medications and HRT, record cycle information, and generate reports for your healthcare provider.
MenoSage is a wellness tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
MenoSage collects only the information you choose to enter. This information is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.

All data is stored locally on your device using your device's built-in storage. No account creation is required. No login or registration is needed to use MenoSage.
Because data is stored on your device, it will be lost if you uninstall the app or clear app data. We recommend periodically using the Doctor Report feature to save a summary of your information for your own records.
MenoSage does not collect any of the following:
MenoSage does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third party for any reason.
The app does not connect to the internet during normal use. No data is transmitted from your device.
MenoSage does not currently access Apple Health or HealthKit data. If this changes in a future version, this policy will be updated and you will be asked for explicit permission before any Health data is accessed.
MenoSage is designed for adult women and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
You can delete all your data at any time directly within the app by navigating to Settings → Data & Privacy → Clear All Data. This permanently removes all locally stored information. Uninstalling the app from your device also removes all stored data.
Because MenoSage stores all data locally on your device, your information is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID. We encourage you to keep your device secured with a passcode or biometric lock.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app. Your continued use of MenoSage after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
